Qi Gong teaches you to work with your energy body and provides you with a way to directly control your own health and for those who train regularly the Nei Gong Process can be initiated bringing far greater health benefits
By focusing the mind combined with various breathing techniques and exercises students can begin to build and move qi/energy around the body. Improving energetic flow and regulating the breathing helps to clear blockages within the energy system giving increased flexibility of the body and a balancing of the emotions resulting in a calming/balancing of the mind.
Qigong plays an important part in Buddhist and Daoist arts, whether medical, martial or spiritual. The repertoire spans thousands of exercises, far too many for any individual to learn.
